Returns and Exchanges
We are aware that you cannot try on the items you purchased online before buying it, therefore, please make sure you to take measurements of yourself before placing your order and consult the sizing chart on the item page. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items due to sizing.
If the item you purchased is defective or damaged, or if the item is different than the design displayed for the product on our website, you can request to return or exchange the item. Our items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
Please check to make sure that:
- The product was received within less than 14 days; and
- The product is new, unused, and that all original product tags are still attached; and
- The product is defective, damaged, or materially different than displayed on our website
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a return or exchange.
To return or exchange a defective item, please send an email to email@example.com for an authorization slip and return instructions. Please make sure that you include your order number as well as clearly detail the nature of the return.

MyLilyDeal is not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fitting issues and buyers assume all risk when choosing the style and fit of their purchase.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping.
If you items have not arrived within 45 days of the original date of purchase, contact us for a full refund of your purchase. Our policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries.
