Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date the order is delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund/return.

We remind you to please use the size chart on our product page to ensure you're selecting the correct size and fit for the item you are purchasing.  MyLilyDeals is not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fitting issues and buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. We do not accept refund, returns or exchanges of certain items due to sizing/color choosing mistakes. 

 

Returnable Items: 

- Waist Trainers, Vests and Sweat Belts

Unreturnable Items: 

- Butt Lifters and Butt Lifting Panties

- Shapewear or Bodysuit

- Any product with a crotch.

 

Return / Exchange

For returnable items requests, please send an email to support@mylilydeals.com for a return authorization and instructions.

Please make sure that you include your order number as well as clearly detail the nature of the request.

Refunds can take 5-7 business days once the product is received by our warehouse department and inspected to show up in your bank account. 

Replacements are sent via standard shipping 5-8 business days. 

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping.

 

Refund or Replacement

If the item you purchased is defective or damaged, or if the item is different than the design displayed for the product on our website, incorrect size or color than what the order shows; you can contact us to request a product refund or free replacement. (14 days from the delivery date). 

Please check to make sure that:

  • The product is new, unused, and that all original product tags are still attached; and
  • The product is defective, damaged, or materially different than displayed on our website 
  • The product is unstained, free of hair and odors, no stretch marks or permanent wrinkles.
  • Original Packaging
  • Not bent in half to ship back

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a return or exchange.

If your items have not arrived within 14 business days of the original date of purchase, please send an email to support@mylilydeals.com.  (Our policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries.)
