  • Do you have a sizing chart? 
    • There is a size chart located on each item's individual page. All our items size a little differently, so just take a look on the right side of the page, for the item you are interested in.
      All you really need to know is the size of your waist. You can take a measurement with any tape measure and just measure around, from about one inch above your waist. 
      Alternatively, if you know what size pants you wear, you can figure out the size pretty easily. 
      It usually works out to be something like this:

      While taking your own measurements will be the most accurate, and is highly recommended, figuring out the inches based on your dress size should give you a close enough idea to figure out what the right size waist trainer will be for you.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    • Orders are typically processed within one hour of being placed. Domestic shipping takes 2-5 business days on average, depending on when the order was placed and if the item is in high demand. International shipping times vary based on destination country. 

      Domestic orders are shipped by either USPS, UPS. or DHL. 

      Tracking numbers are always provided and our system updates tracking information nightly. Customers will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Customers may also track their order here: https://www.mylilydeals.com/apps/tracktor/track

    • How can I cancel my order?
      • If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within one hour of placing the order provided your order has not been shipped yet.  Please contact us at contact@mylilydeals.com with your order number to cancel a pending order.

        Note: Once an order has shipped, the only way to cancel is to receive the item and request a return.  Buyer is responsible for shipping.
